Recetas saludables con pescado: Salmón al horno:

Esta grandiosa receta saludable con pescado tiene como protagonista el salmón. Para ello necesitas los siguientes ingredientes: 1 kilo de salmón; 3 papas o patatas; 1 pimiento grande y rojo; 2 cebollas grandes; 2 tomates rojos; una taza de vino blanco (opcional, se puede sustituir por caldo de pescado); aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta al gusto.

Modo de preparación:

En una bandeja para horno preparamos lo que se denomina la cama para el salmón. Para ello, picamos bien las verduras en finas rodajas y salpimentamos al gusto. Luego colocamos el salmón, salpimentado y lo introducimos al horno por aproximadamente 10 minutos. No se puede pasar de cocción, pues quedará muy seco. Servir y disfrutar en familia.

Atrévete a preparar esta receta saludable con pescado y salsa de mango para esta temporada. Para ello necesitarás los siguientes ingredientes: 4 filetes de pescado de tu preferencia; 2 mangos maduros, ajo, aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta al gusto; 2 tomates; germen de alfalfa y cardamomo. 

Modo de preparación

Retira la cáscara de los mangos y la pepa, tritura la pulpa (o dejarla cortada en trozos) y llévala al fuego agregando el cardamomo, sal y pimienta al gusto; hasta que esté espesa, ve agregando el ajo y el aceite de oliva; por lo general solo llevará como de 5 a 8 minutos. Salpimienta los filetes de pescado y cocínalos a la plancha a fuego medio por los dos lados. (3 minutos cada lado)

Sirve los filetes de pescado con una saludable ensalada de tomates, germen de alfalfa, aceite de oliva, sal al gusto y puedes agregar lechuga fresca; luego, sobre el pescado vierte la salsa de mango; y, ¡Buen provecho!

Ceviche de pescado con aguacate

Prepara esta increíble receta de ceviche de pescado con aguacate. Para ello necesitas los siguientes ingredientes: 2 filetes de pescado cortados en cubos pequeños; 4 aguacates; jugo de 6 limones; 1 jícama o nabo en cubos (opcional); 2 tomates rojos sin semillas y cortados en cubos; 1 cebolla morada cortada en cubos; 1 pepino sin semillas cortados en cubos; cilantro finamente picado; aceite de oliva; sal y pimienta al gusto; 1 lata de granos de maíz o elote.

Modo de preparación

Cortar el pescado en cuadritos y verterlos en un tazón de vidrio. Luego, el jugo de los limones y llevar al refrigerador por 20 minutos. Mientras, prepara el aguacate, la jícama, los tomates, la cebolla y el pepino para ingresarlos al pescado. Agrega el maíz, el cilantro, aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta a tu gusto. Y a disfrutar de esta deliciosa y nutritiva receta con pescado.
