Para muchas familias el pollo es una proteína que no falta en la mesa, por ser baja en grasa y por fácil preparación. Por esta razón, te mostramos una de las maneras de elaborar este tipo de recetas de cocina casera de pechuga de pollo rellena cocinada en microondas.
Ingredientes
- 2 pechugas de pollo deshuesadas.
- 4 lonjas de jamón serrano
- 4 lonjas de queso mozarela
- Pimentón en tiras
- Hojas de albahaca
- Hiervas aromáticas, sal, pimienta al gusto.
- Aceite de oliva extra virgen
Preparación
En una tabla toma las 2 pechugas de pollo y córtalas en 2 partes, luego envuélvelas en envoltura de fil para poder aplastar las pechugas hasta hacerlas más delgadas, con el cuidado de no romperlas.
Seguidamente, sazona con las hierbas aromáticas, la sal y pimienta al gusto. Luego rellena cada pieza de pechuga con el jamón serrano, el queso mozarela y las tiras de pimentón. Así como las hojas de albahaca. Enseguida, colócalas en la bandeja del microondas esparciendo un poco de aceite de oliva sobre ellas. Cocina hasta que estén doradas. 2. Hamburguesas de Pollo

Ingredientes
- Pollo deshuesado en tiras. Puede ser el pollo que te haya quedado del día anterior.
- 1 huevo
- Espinacas
- Pan de hamburguesas
- Tomates rojos
- Cebollas
- Jamón y queso mozarela
- Lechuga o rúgula
- Salsas de tu preferencia (mostaza, mayonesa, kétchup)
Preparación
Lo primero es tomar el pollo, tritúralo hasta formar una pasta gruesa, se le va incorporado la espinaca, el huevo y se sazona al gusto. Seguidamente en una sartén antiadherente vas haciendo las hamburguesas, si la masa te quedó muy aguada, puedes agregarle un poco de trigo para endurecerla.
Ya hechas las hamburguesas, toma el pan, ábrelo, cortas los tomates y cebollas en rodajas finas y vas armando las deliciosas hamburguesas de pollo, con el jamón, el queso, la rúgula o lechuga y las salsas. Y buen provecho, tus hijos te amaran.

1. Sopa cacera de pollo fácil

Ingredientes
- ½ pollo.
- Vegetales de tu preferencia (papas, zanahorias, calabaza, pimentón, ají dulce, perejil, céleri, maíz, cebolla, puerro, apio, otros)
- Especias e hiervas aromáticas
- Fideos (opcional)
Preparación
En una olla, ya con el ½ pollo lavado y troceado y sin piel, colocar a hervir junto con las especies e hiervas aromáticas hasta que su carne esté blanda. Incorporar las verduras cortadas en trozos pequeños, menos la calabaza. Después de unos 15 minutos hirviendo incorpora la calabaza (fideos) y otras hiervas, sazona al gusto. Dejar hervir hasta que las verduras estén blandas, pero con cuidado de no deshacerlas. Dejar reposar, servir y adornar con perejil.
2. Sopa de Calabaza
También está esta receta fácil y cacera de sopa de calabaza, muy sencilla, con pocos ingredientes, se elabora rápido y es deliciosa.
Por otro lado, la calabaza tiene grandes características que ayudan con la salud. Entre ellas está que no contiene ningún tipo de grasa saturada, por ello es popular en las dietas para adelgazar. Así mismo, es rica en vitaminas A, C y E; así como antioxidantes y minerales como el cinc.
Ingredientes
- ½ kilo de calabaza.
- 1 litro de caldo de verduras.
- ½ pimentón y ½ de cebolla
- Cilantro, ajo, sal al gusto.
Preparación
En una cacerola coloca la calabaza sin concha en trozos y el caldo de verduras, con los demás ingredientes. Luego deja hervir aproximadamente 15 minutos o hasta que estén blandos. Seguidamente, licua la sopa hasta que quede totalmente liquida.
Para servirla, puedes decorar con hojas de cilantro y queso. También puedes agregarle mantequilla o crema de leche. Como vez, es una sopa fácil y rápida de preparar.
